Grace McGovern is a poet whose work is concerned with the lyric voice, lesbian domesticity and interiority, and sites of simultaneous unease and tenderness—as well as kitschy figurines of all kinds. She is an MFA candidate in poetry at Washington University in St. Louis. She was born in Rhode Island and now lives in St. Louis with her wife and their dog and cat.
